Choose a Shipping Method
You can choose the shipping method you want on the Checkout page during the Checkout process. There are two main shipping methods to choose from:
This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3 – 5 business days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with total weight of purchase(Automatically calculated).
USPS First Class(US Customers Only)
Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 6 – 10 business days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with total weight of purchase(Automatically calculated).
Korea Post Registered Airmail(For Customers from other Countries)

International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following: Weight and dimensions of package The location the seller is shipping from (city, state, country or region) The location the seller is shipping to (also called the destination country or region) Therefore, costs may vary greatly depending on what, where and how the seller is shipping, and can be considerably higher for international destinations. Generally, buyers pay additional costs that may apply such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. Your package will arrive at your door, but then you might need to pay extra international fees. Before you place an order, you can click the “Calculate shipping cost” link in your shopping cart to get the discounted shipping costs to and from any country or region under different shipping methods.
Customs & Import Tax
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It’s always buyer’s responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties. DesignSketch doesn’t add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost. In the most countries, however, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes. The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for DesignSketch to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country. Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can’t calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods. Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell the seller what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout. Our sellers are more than happy to follow your instructions.
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also call our Customer Support Hotline, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us. DesignSketch reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products. 1. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition. Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service and obtain a “Product Return” form that must be included with your package. 2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee. 3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)
